Is it possible to change the brand icons?

Not sure if I'm being really thick but I can't see a place to change the brand icons? Haven't found anything with a search. If no one's asked before surely I'm missing something.

https://getfavicon.appspot.com is not finding my favicon it seems.
Perhaps it's not looking at the links in the head?
