Import goes to a blank page

Hi

I am trying to import a csv file into a new list and when I do I just get redirected to a blank page. You can see that in the video here:

I am on version 4.0. I have checked that the .htaccess file is in place and it is.

How can I troubleshoot this and get the file imported?

    Hi,

    That's because you're importing an .xlxs file instead of a .csv.

    Lol, you are, of course, absolutely right! Might be better to have an error message rather than just the blank page though. Thanks, N
