Custom Field From Contact Form 7 Select Element Options

I'm trying to pass the dates and time options listed in a Contact Form 7 select element (drop-down) on to a Sendy custom field, but I'm not sure what attributes that Sendy needs in order to get the data from each option. Has anyone been able pull select options into a Sendy custom field from CF7? If so, what does your form and shortcode look like? I want to be able to insert the proper date and time into my autoresponder email using a tag.
