Complaint rate for the list

There is no complaint rate for the list, but this is the biggest threat from amazon to pause the service. is possible to provide this for the list. Thanks

    Hi,

    When someone marks your email as spam, Amazon sends a notification to Sendy’s complaints endpoint through Amazon SNS which then marks the email address as Marked as spam. You’ll then see it in your list and the campaign report.

    In future when you send emails campaigns or autoresponders, they will skip email addresses that are ‘Marked as spam’, ‘Bounced’ or ‘Unsubscribed’.
