IP addresses to whitelist for firewall

I have a custom firewall that only accept connections from my country, Guatemala, I want to know what (or whats) IPs I need to activate in order to use sendy and send emails. Without the firewall sendy works fine but when the rules of firewall are actives I cannot connect anymore. Thanks in advance!
