Getting 'Unlicensed custom domains' after updating

Hi,

We updated our Sendy installation from 3.1.2.3 to 4.0.3, following the instructions provided at https://sendy.co

When we try to login post update, we are seeing the error message below

Unlicensed custom domains
You are using more custom domains than your license allow.

Is there any additional configuration required, related to custom domains?

    Hi,

    This is an issue with your license key stored in the database being invalid.

    • Login to your MySQL database via phpmyadmin (or any other way you like, eg. SSH)
    • Go to the login table.
    • Ensure that the value of the license column in the first row is set exactly as your license key
