Opens and clicks not tracking

I sent a newsletter and no link works, despite that when I do the test it works, but the official send does not work, I have a 404 error on each link and the activity tracking does not work no Plus, I have no info on open mails, which are banned, etc ...

or did I make the mistake ???

Please ensure the .htaccess file in your Sendy directory is Sendy's original .htaccess file and it is not modified.

You can download Sendy from https://sendy.co/get-updated to compare the .htaccess with the one in your Sendy directory.
