Housekeeping feature time period?
Is there a time period of sorts that inactive subscribers need to fall into in order to be inactive? For example, is someone who just subscribed say, a few days ago, and they've yet to open an email, on that inactive list?
My concern is that we'll be getting rid of a lot of subscribers that are fresh and might've not opened anything yet. Or do they have to be inactive for a certain amount of time before falling into the inactive list?

Hi Carl,
'Inactive subscribers' are those who did not open or click any campaigns that you have ever sent to them. There is no time period.
If a subscriber is fresh and have not been sent a single campaign before, they won't fall under the 'Inactive' category.

Got it, thanks! If we wanted to get rid of subscribers who haven't been active before a certain time, we could just create a segment and then unsubscribe those people in that segment?
Yes you can create a segment, then export the CSV. Then use the CSV to mass unsubscribe from the list.
