Click are not tracked

I have an issue where the opens are not registered (images are allowed, we also tested on our test receipient) but the clicked links are tracked properly.

What can be the issue and how we can solve it?

Hi,

Please ensure the .htaccess file in your Sendy directory is Sendy's original .htaccess file and it is not modified.

You can download Sendy from https://sendy.co/get-updated to compare the .htaccess with the one in your Sendy directory.

Hi,

I sent a test campaign just to check the tracking script to see if it is returning any errors.

The problem is that the geolocation IPs database GeoLite2-Country.mmdb is invalid.

I checked the file of the GeoLite2-Country.mmdb located in the /includes/helpers/geo/geolite2/vendor/geoip2/geoip2/maxmind-db/ folder and the file size is only 33kb. However the actual file size should be 4MB.

So something is wrong with the GeoLite2-Country.mmdb database file. Please download a fresh copy of Sendy from https://sendy.co/get-updated and upload the GeoLite2-Country.mmdb file again.

Better still, I suggest re-uploading Sendy to make sure all necessary files are uploaded properly:

1. Download a copy of Sendy from https://sendy.co/get-updated with your license key (use the form at the top left of the page to download Sendy).

2. Then re-upload all of Sendy's files to your server (except /includes/config.php and /uploads/ folder) replacing the old ones.
