Custom domain not mapping to main Sendy installation page

Hello,

can you please help me with proper setup of custom domain for one of my brands. My Sendy installation is on sendy.domain1.com and when I set CNAME record in DNS zone of brand domain newsletter.brand.com, it doesn't work properly. Instead of pointing out to Sendy Control Panel, it points to website hosted on server.

Any insights on this?

    Hi,

    In the hosting admin for sendy.domain1.com, see if you can create an 'Alias' for newsletter.brand.com for sendy.domain1.com.
