From a marketing stand point it would be really nice to be able to track and know how many times a particular recipient clicked on a link in an email. We have total opens and unique opens now, but if say a particular customer clicked on a product 10 times, it would be nice to be able to know that so that you could reach out to them directly about their interest?
Ooooh. That must be a newer edition feature. I recently upgraded to 4.x and had not looked in there since. Thanks for that!!
