Is there a way to pass signup referrer to Sendy?

I'm using snippets to embed the same subscription form on a number of pages. While this tells me the website the subscriptions are coming from, it doesn't tell me which page.
Is there a way to pass along the URL? For example: markbinder.com/contact or markbinder.com/fan

Hi,

Sendy stores the “referrer” when signing up a subscriber.

When you click on the subscriber’s name or email in the list, you will get a popup window showing you the subscriber’s details.

Look under ’Signed up from’ and the link where the user signed up from is as shown:
