Only cron job for CSV not working

All the other cron jobs are working, only cron job for CSV import (import-csv) is not working.

I'm using GoDaddy cPanel

The content of the file looks garbled up. Did you use "FileZilla" to upload files?

Please download Sendy again at https://sendy.co/get-updated, then upload the import-csv.php file again to your server.

After uploading, open it up again and see if the script is still garbled up. If it is not, check if your cron job is now working.
