Create a Contact Us form

How do I build a regular contact us form using sendy? Something that would allow them to leave their usual fields but also a longer message field box?

How do we create a form with email only? I have a footer that I'd like to add a subscribe form to, but with the email address only. Thanks!

    Hi,

    Sendy provides you with a 'subscribe form HTML code' and a 'read-to-use subscription page URL' you can embed or link it anywhere on your website.

    1. Go to 'View all lists' on the left sidebar
    2. Select your desired list
    3. Click 'Subscribe form' at the top right to get the HTML code or the 'ready-made' subscription page URL

    Get the subscription form HTML code (described above), then remove the name input portion.
