Is there a quick checklist to verify that everything is ok with Sendy and Amazon SES?

Hi!

I read all the documentation and I did my first 5k mails campaign to test Sendy, and everything works incredibly well!

But I read in this forum a lot of 'normal' users mistakes that made them get blocked by Amazon.

Just to name a few normal mistakes I've seen:

• Not having the SNS correctly configured for bounces and complaints

• Having a bounce rate of more than one digit in more than one campaign

So, is there a quick checklist to see that everything is working as it supposed to be?.

I think that having that will help us all not be banned by Amazon

Hi @Ezequiel,

If you've followed closely and complete the Get Started Guide, you're good to go.

Whether you get your Amazon SES account banned or not depends on what kind of list you're sending to. Spam is never tolerated by Amazon or any ESPs. I suggest reading the Amazon SES Email Sending Best Practices Whitepaper http://media.amazonwebservices.com/AWS_Amazon_SES_Best_Practices.pdf
