Failed to open /uploads/csvs/ directory

We have several large lists, so I set up the recommended cron job for list uploads and I'm getting this error:

PHP Warning:  opendir(lists.writerspace.com/uploads/csvs): failed to open dir: No such file or directory in /var/www/vhosts/writerspace.com/lists.writerspace.com/import-csv.php on line 66

Can you advise, please?

Please ensure that you've chmod the uploads folder to 777.
