Campaigns are not being opened by everyone on our email list

we have an email list of over 3000 users which are all active. when we send a campaign out, only 17 people manage to open the email (0.53%). The emails are not being bounced. Can I get advice on what to do, to avoid this and that our emails are being opened by everyone. I have done test emails and i can see that they are not not being sent on junk/ spam so not sure what the issue is.

    Hi,

    The industry standard open rates is between 20 - 30% (or more in some cases), but it is not possible that everyone will open your email. This is the same no matter which email marketing platform you use. Google for “email open rate industry standard” and you’ll find information about this subject.
