How do I answer the SES processing bounce and complaint notification question?

Bought Sendy today and going through the setup process at Amazon SES.

Part of the increasing daily sending limits is a question where they ask the following:

"Describe, in detail, the process that you will follow when you receive bounce and complaint notifications."

How am I supposed to answer that?

I have no idea, so any feedback would be great.

Looking forward to getting to know Sendy more.

    Describe, in detail, the process that you will follow when you receive bounce and complaint notifications.

    Mention that you're using Sendy software, it handles and flags email addresses that bounce or complained.

  • Thanks Ben, i got approved for 50k emails per month which is way more than I currently need.
