Internal server error when clicking "housekeeping", "Blacklists", or "Rules"

Whenever I click Housekeeping, Blacklists, or Rules, I get an Internal Server Error

Apache server
RUNNING PHP Version: 7.2.28
WHM cPanel
I am running SENDY ver 5.2.2

I tried commenting out both (one at a time) from .htaccess file:

Options +FollowSymLinks
Options -Multiviews

When clicking the "rules" I go to this URL: https://XXXXXX.com/mail/rules?i=1

When clicking the "Blacklists" I go to this URL: https://XXXXXX.com/mail/blacklist-suppression?i=1

When clicking the "Housekeeping" I go to this URL: https://mymail02.com/mail/housekeeping-unconfirmed?i=1

Any help would be appreciated :-)

Hi Ben,

I have found and fixed the issue.

The following files had 664 permissions and I changed them back to 644 and it all seems to be working properly now.

• rules.php
• housekeeping-inactive.php
• housekeeping-unconfirmed.php
• blacklist-blocked-domains.php
• blacklist-suppression.php

I note that 664 permissions still exist on

• .htaccess
• search-all-brands.php
• search-campaigns.php
• webhooks-log.php
