Cannot disable Two Factor Authentication on client account

    Client has enabled 2FA on his account. For some reason he now cannot access his account and has asked me to reset it.

    When I try to disable 2FA on his account I get a message saying "Unable To Save. Please try again"

    Click 'Unable to authenticate?' and you'll the the instructions on disabling 2FA:
