Custom domain questions

Hi All,

I'm a bit confused about custom domains. My questions are the following.
I have Sendy installed on a domain called dripmailpro.com
I have a brand called xyz.com, I have a blog running on xyz.com so I can't use xyz.com as the custom domain.
I assume I have to use a subdomain ie, newsletter.xyz.com
So will my CNAME be newsletter.xyz.com pointing to dripmailpro.com?
Do I need to change my Sendy installation at Dripmailpro.com in any way?
Will my newsletters show as if it is coming from newsletter.xyz.com or something else?

    Hi,

    You can't possibly use xyz.com as it is your main website. So yes, you will use a sub-domain instead like newsletter.xyz.com by creating a CNAME record and point it to dripmailpro.com. Just follow the on-screen instructions on what you need to do (eg. create a CNAME record).

    Yes. Unsubscribe, web version and all trackable links in emails you send will use this custom domain instead of the domain you installed Sendy on.
