Set the preview text in subject line

This is a slightly technical question, and perhaps not possible to achieve, but I'd like to figure out a way for the 2-3 lines of preview text that show up in an email client to display the first 2-3 lines of the body text of my email rather than the boilerplate I have at the top of a message, and especially "view in browser." One solution for this, of course, is to simply move the "View in browser" link to the bottom of my email, but I like it at the top for usability reasons. Is there a way to have this piece of text excluded from how an email client previews the message?
