Segments not updating

Hi, i have read the other comments here about segments not auto updating but i cant seem to find anything wrong! On the segments page there is no yellow bar telling me to turn on the cron ( I have crons set). waiting 20 mins and segments still not updated unless I click the manual update.

my crons:

*/5 * * * * /usr/bin/php /var/www/sendy/html/scheduled.php > /dev/null 2>&1

*/1 * * * * /usr/bin/php /var/www/sendy/html/autoresponders.php > /dev/null 2>&1

Can anyone let me know what I'm missing? running CentOS Linux release 7.6.1810 (Core) with Sendy 5.2.5

Hi,

there is no yellow bar telling me to turn on the cron

Visit https://email.quantumslice.com/reset-cron.php to clear the false positive that a cron job had been setup for update-segments.php. After which you should see the cron job setup instructions.
