Removed unsubscribed and bounced list

I have a few questions.

I just got hundreds of subscribers from russia.
I added the double opt in to block these bots.
I spent 1/2 hour cleaning up the list and unsubscribing them.

Is there a more efficient way to do this?
How can I delete the unsubscribed list and the bounced lists?
Also, Do you send emails to your subscribers when you update the software? I'm not keeping up. :)

    Hi,

    There is no need to delete unsubscribed or bounced subscribers. In fact, you should leave them alone so that Sendy knows never to send an email to them again, or re-import them again in future.
