Error communicating with Amazon SNS API

Hello,

I'm getting this error message:

"error setting certificate verify locations: CAfile: /usr/share/curl/ca-bundle.crt CApath: none
Error communicating with Amazon SNS API: There was a problem executing this request"

and can't send mail. I didn't change anything, it worked before. Could you help me?

Looking at the error message, this is an issue with your server's certificate, you need to contact your hosting provider for help.
