Housekeeping inactive subscribers not loading

After update to Version 6.0.1.1 (from 5.1) one of my Subscriber list when i go to housekeeping -> Inactive subscribers the "Did not open" section keeps loading without giving any result.
Is there any way to fix it or reset so at least from now on I can check the Inactive subscribers?

    Hi,

    I suggest increasing your server's memory_limit in php.ini to a much larger number. Currently, it is only set to 32M.

    I forgot that I was just changed to php8.1 and I haven't configured that yet!
    Problem solved
