Double opt-out as default

Hi Ben.
Is there any "hack" i can do, to make all created lists within sendy, to have double opt-out as default.
Right now when you create a list, you can choose the double opt-in right away, however you have to remember to go into settings, and choose double opt-out for every list.

Change the column's default to 1 for the column unsubscribe_confirm in the lists table.
