Server issues what is the problem

I had been searching every where and still cannot find the cause of the problem.
I have dedicated host server with WHM/cPANEL, on that server hosted around 16 domains, everything is working fine.
But, every time one of the user running the campaign with Sendy, its suddenly all the domain is not accessible.
I had been use Sendy for almost 10 years, and its happen since version 6. Then I have to restart the Apache server.

please need some help

    Hi,

    Increase your server's memory_limit to a much larger number in php.ini, then restart Apache. I checked your phpinfo and see that it is only set to a very small 32M.
