Click tracking isn't working

Hello Ben,

The links in the email I send are not getting replaced with Sendy's tracking urls. They still show as the direct url to the webpage I link to. Hence, I'm not seeing correct click tracking details.

I have checked the htaccess file and it's the original file provided by you. I've also ensured that the urls are correctly wrapped in a HREF tag.

What else could have gone wrong?

    Please check that you have 'Track clicks' set to 'Yes' when you're creating / editing your campaign:
