Problem setting bounces and complaints.

So after creating topics and subscriptions i go to Under 'SNS Configuration', click the Bounces drop down menu and select bounces (which is what you've created previously in your SNS console). and they are not listed in the drop down menu any idea what im doing wrong i follow it step by step.
