SMTP settings error

Dear partners hello.

We have an account on the sendy platform called Aria Hotels.
We used to use Amazon services but we changed it to SMTP settings.
We tried to send a test email but the following error appeared.

ERROR, SMTP Error: data not accepted.SMTP server error: DATA END command failed Detail: 5.2.252 SendAsDenied; info@ariahotels.gr not allowed to send as info@ariahotelsnews.gr; STOREDRV.Submission.Exception:SendAsDeniedException.MapiExceptionSendAsDenied; Failed to process message due to a permanent exception with message [BeginDiagnosticData]Cannot submit message. 0.35250:190A0000, 1.36674:01000000, 1.61250:00000000, 1.45378:02000000, 1.44866:00000000, 1.36674:7A000000, 1.61250:00000000, 1.45378:05000000, 1.44866:00140000, 1.36674:0A000000, 1.61250:00000000, 1.45378:16000000, 1.44866:1B1F000 SMTP code: 554

    The main gist of the error is "info@ariahotels.gr not allowed to send as info@ariahotelsnews.gr". Please reach out to your SMTP provider regarding this error.
