Automatic unsubscribe
Hi everyone.
We have a situation where our clients in one organization are being automatically unsubscribed each time we send a message through SENDY. This is not an issue with SENDY. Instead, there is a setting/feature/program that is likely reading the unsubscribe in the email header.
I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue and how it was resolved. The people on our list want to receive the emails.

Hi,
Set your list’s ‘Unsubscribe setting’ to ‘Double opt-out’ so that another confirmation link needs to be clicked by the recipient in the unsubscribe page before they are being unsubscribed from the list.
