Blank confirmation email?

I'm using the latest version (v6.0.7.1). I updated to v6 a while and things appeared to be working but I just realised yesterday that I didn't check if the subscription process was working. So I have two questions:

  1. the verification email is completely blank, and I have no idea why or how to fix
  2. I can see that a bunch of folk have tried subscribing but obviously were unable to complete the process. How do I resend them an email to advise them?

    Edit the list settings to check the confirmation email setup to see if anything is amiss.

  • Ok, thanks for that. I can confirm that I updated the list settings and the email was no longer blank when sent.
