Do I need to re-authenticate domains in AWS after moving Sendy to a new server?

edited October 2023 in Questions

I've migrated Sendy to a new server. The application is working fine and I can manually send test emails through the system. However, despite the cron jobs being set up correctly, they're failing and the server logs are showing that it's because the domains are not authenticated in AWS.

The domains are authenticated in AWS and it was working just fine on the previous server. But I can find no documentation about how I force this domain re-authentication process.

Can anyone shed any light on this please?

  • Hi,

To re-verify domains in your Amazon SES console, delete the domain. Then verify the domain again. You'll get the 3 x CNAME records that needs to be added to your domain DNS where it's hosted.

    Best regards,
    Ben
