Double opt-in confirmation message has no content

The confirmation emails are coming through but the message is empty. No content at all. I've just upgraded to the latest version to see if that fixed it, but it didn't.

This seemed to happen after I set up a custom subscribe success page, but it could be a coincidence.

I've just tried test sending a new campaign, and that works.

I have other brands and lists all working correctly. I'm at a loss.

    Edit your list settings and check if the double opt in confirmation message is empty.

    To access list settings:

    1. Go to 'View all lists' on the left sidebar
    2. Click the pencil icon on the list item to edit its settings


    Or click 'List settings' at the top right of the page when inside a list:
