Can two Sendy hosts send mail via SES for the same email domain and sender?

edited March 24 in Questions

I want to replace a dedicated AWS EC2 FreeBSD Sendy host that is presently working well via SES. The new/replacement host will be running under Linux on an ISP server.

The AWS server is used for very mission-critical mailings, and I wish to retain it in place until its ISP-hosted replacement is working well and has been fully tested. This is to allow me to roll back to to it if I experience any problems with the replacement host.

I will purchase an additional Sendy licence to allow for both hosts to be run concurrently.

Both hosts will be sending bulk mail on behalf of the same sender/email address. Will this configuration work properly via SES, or is there a better way?

Thanks,
asymmetric.

    Yes, that will work.

    Thanks.
