When I create a newsletter in Sendy, is there a way to add text to a link so it auto populates a webform?

Yes. You can set $_GET variables in your URL of your web form. When your recipient clicks on the link and goes to your web form, your web form can get the $_GET variables from the URL and populate the web form.
