Sendy API - Campaign create and send - stuck in 'Preparing to send' status

Ben, I am relatively new to APIs but I LOVE that I can link my customer's Wordpress to there Sendy Accounts. I have set up the ability to create new campaigns from Wordpress. I have a click box to send the campaign or not. Both options create the campaign. Not clicking the box puts the campaign in draft (expected) clicking it works and tried to send it, however it just cycles. (screenshot) If I had to guess it is because Sendy pops a confirmation message for the send. ( I could easily be wrong).

Any advice on advancing this? Thanks so much in advance!

Hi,

Your campaign is stuck in 'Preparing' status because a cron job wasn't setup or it wasn't setup correctly. Please see → https://sendy.co/troubleshooting#campaign-stuck-in-preparing-mode
