You can get the campaign's web version URL from the campaign report, regardless of whether you sent it through the API or through Sendy's user interface itself.
Visit the campaign report
Right click the 'eye' icon and copy the link to get the generic web version URL

If you meant you want to get the web version URL from the API call, that's not supported. You'd need to get the web version URL from the campaign report as explained above.
