How to update Sendy?

Hi everyone I've got to update Sendy to the latest version, I'm a little tired of using IT guys everytime I have to do it. Can someone give me the steps and procedure on how to do it, where I'm having problems is on the Hostinger side which is my server and what I need for info and where to access it in Hostinger. Any information regarding the matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Martin.

    Updating Sendy is a matter of uploading and replacing files. The steps can be found at the right side of the Get Updated page.
