500 Internal Server error when accessing Sendy

Hi,

I have installed Sendy on the following sub-domian: http://clients.jenningscreativemedia.co.uk/sendy/login. However, when I type in the address it seems like the dashboard tries to load but reverts to the message below. Could anyone help me with this please?

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

Hi @ross_jennings,

Try removing Options +FollowSymLinks from Sendy’s .htaccess file and try again.
