Does Sendy licensed domain covers sub domains?

I currently have subdomain.maindomain.com as my licensed domain. I am in the process of moving hosting and require two instances till the transfer is complete.

The question is:

Can I update my registered domain on the license to maindomain.com without affecting subdomain.maindomain.com and setup anothersubdomain.maindomain.com?
