Built-in Referral & Rewards System for Subscribers

Hi everyone,

I'd love to see a built-in referral system added to Sendy.

The idea is that every subscriber automatically receives a unique referral link they can share with others. When someone subscribes using that link (ideally after confirming their email), the original subscriber earns referral credits or points.

Referral programs have been a major growth driver for newsletters like Morning Brew, The Hustle, and many creator newsletters.

Since Sendy is already an excellent self-hosted email platform, having this built in would make it even more competitive and eliminate the need for third-party referral tools or custom development.

I think this would be a valuable addition for newsletter creators who want to grow organically while keeping everything self-hosted.

Would anyone else find this useful?
