Display the list name

Hi Ben,

I hope you are well and thanks for developing Sendy; it's great.

A quick suggestion, could you please display the list names(s) in the main campaign view?

For example, the lists are already displayed in the campaign reports, yet it will be great to also display the list in the main view. This will save multiple clicks.
