Unsubscribe link on the plain text version

How to insert an unsubscribe link on the plain text version of a campaign ? I tried but it did not work.

I do feel that this is a priority to make sure your users comply with CAN-SPAM, etc... Do give attention to [webversion] tag as well. Users may want their "text" subscribers to read full HTML version on the web instead.
