How does Sendy determine the countries in the reports

Hi,

I have a question from one of our clients.
They were wondering how does Sendy determine which country the users are.
Is it based on the email address or is it based on the time when the users open the emails in their mailboxes?

Hi,

Countries are detected using the IP address of where they open the email from.
