Username Doesn't Change

I used the wrong email address when I set up a brand, so I fixed it and saw that it updated the email address in the brand's settings. However, it doesn't update the login account name which is still the invalid email address. Is there an easy way to fix the login name, and in the future I suggest that it allow the new email address to serve as the login name.

  • I found that I can update the username by logging in as that person and going into the settings. But, as the superuser, if I had changed their email address then there's no way for me to see what the username is for that person, I don't think. So perhaps it'd be best to just show the username on the settings screen (and allow the superuser to change from there as well as the end user)
  • The next update will enable you to change the brand's login email.
  • I've just released the latest version 1.1.2. You can now change the brand's 'login email'.
