How do I see cron job setup instructions again?

I've been trying to setup a Cron Job tonight, and really messed it up at first. After reading the Forums at length, I think I have things figured out now. Small problem...I didn't copy-paste that auto-generated Command Line that came up within Sendy when prompted to set the Cron Job up in the first place!

Can you tell me how to get that auto-generated Command Line again please?

Go to http://digimail.mydigitera.com/reset-cron.php to reset cron job statuses in your database, then you'll see the cron job setup instructions again.
