Allow plaintext type of [webversion] [unsubscribe] tag to work in HTML mode

Hi Ben, am just wondering if it's possible to enable the plain text version of [webversion] and [unsubscribe] tag to work in HTML mode.
This will makes it easier for us to do inline styling for the anchor tag directly.
e.g.

For instance:
