Blank page when clicking the Unsubscribe link or the Open in Browser

Everything appears to be set up correctly, I can use the admin, send test emails and launch campaigns. But when I click the Unsubscribe link or the Open in Browser links in the sent emails, they open to blank pages, but the URLS appear to be correct:
